For most cars, you will find this instruction in the owner's manual. Additionally, PureFlow provides a written installation instruction with every filter.

The good news is, most installations are very easy and very similar. Below is a sample of general instructions to change your cabin air filter.

  1. Open and empty the glove compartment.
  2. Check for a screw on the bottom right corner or plastic tabs.
  3. Unscrew the screws or depress the tabs to open the compartment for better access and view.
  4. Locate a plastic strip with two tabs, one at both ends. Squeeze the tabs to expose the cabin air filter.
  5. Replace the cabin air filter with the new one.
  6. Return the plastic strip and reassemble the glove compartment.
