Tesla S - what a process

"it took a very long time for the filter to arrive via the USPS, it was delayed well over a week beyond what was projected. but the bigger issue was that I had no idea how hard it is to replace this filter in a Tesla S, 2012 edition. wow. won't be doing this myself."
