"The filter was apparently fine, but the instructions for installation were erroneous. I attempted to install the filter, but soon realized that the glove box I was was seeing was unlike the picture that you provided. I then referred to the owner's manual. It indicated that I should not attempt to install the filter myself, but rather hire a professional auto mechanic to install it!"
