Free Economy Shipping on Orders $30+

Our Economy Shipping rate is $5.00 USD.

All Economy shipping orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, the US Postal Service (USPS), or through a service utilizing the three carriers. The type of carrier used for your order will depend on service availability within your specific area.

Delivery can take up to 4-6 business days after the ship date.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

Pureflow shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

Changing you order: Once your order is placed, we can only make changes to it before it enters our processing system. This usually occurs within one hour of placing an order. If a change to an order is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Cancelling your order: You may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. However, once an order is released to the warehouse for processing, it can no longer be canceled. If a cancellation is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
