How to order?

To place an order please follow these steps:

  • Search your vehicle’s year, make and model https://pureflowair.com/lookup-car  
  • Add the product to your cart 
  • If you have more than one vehicle, go back to [search- hyperlinked] Remember that an order of 2 filters or more grants you 10% discount. 
  • Once you’ve picked all the filters you need, click the shopping cart icon on the upper righthand corner.
  • Review your cart and update the QTY if needed, check the “Terms and Conditions” box if you agree and click on the “CHECK OUT” button
  • Fill in the appropriate shipping address 
  • Choose the Shipping method and “Continue to payment”
  • Choose and fill in the preferred payment mode and ‘Place Order’.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You can also track your orders by visiting ‘Order Status’ page from the footer. Enter the nine digit Order id and your Email id to view the tracking details. How do I cancel my order?

How do I change my account's password?

You can change your password by following the steps below:

  • Log into your Pureflow account and click on 'My Account' submenu present on right corner of your screen.
  • Click the edit icon on 'Login & Security' section.
  • Click the 'Change Password' link. The 'Change password' section will appear below 'Login & Security' section.
What credit cards do you accept?

Pureflow accepts all major credit cards in addition to Applepay, ShopPay and Amazon Pay

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it was not shipped yet. Typically, PUREFLOW orders are shipped within the same day if placed before noon. If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@pureflowair.com.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track your orders by logging into your account and check “Order Status”.
