NOT EASY TO INSTALL!

"Finally got around to installing the filter a few days ago so can’t speak on performance. I first tried and realized I was going to need professional help because I was NOT going to disassemble the glovebox so I asked the hubby who is a 30 yr mechanic for ComEd and found the instructions useless because in my 2021 Nissan LEAF after following instructions on a Internet search, he found that the cabin filter area was near the floor on the left side in a very tight space. AND the filter had to be compressed and slowly pushed in so he worried how effective would it be esp since I also purchased the little scent attachment which made it more difficult to push into the tiny space but finally got it in, took an hour in a sweltering garage—had to turn on car’s A/C. Initially I called Nissan’s Service Dept to ask how much would it cost to install, the mechanic said it would take AN HOUR to install because it “TRICKY’”…the cost $80 (that’s double the cost of the filter and scent add-on."
