Bought the regular (non HEPA) filter for my 2024 Nissan Leaf

"I first bought the HEPA filter. But when it arrived, it wouldn't fit in my car because it has strips (3-4) down the filter and they make the filter very rigid. It's not compressable where the strips are. I called support. The support sent me a video for how to install which I watched prior to purchasing a filter. I had to make sure I knew what I was doing before I committed. After I called back to explain that after watching the video, I still couldn't squeeze the HEPA filter into the space. The support person refunded me the difference between the regular filter and HEPA filter and shipped out the regular filter. He also sent me a return shipping label to mail back the HEPA filter. Thank you for amazing customer service."

Love these filters !!

"Not only do these filters get shipped out and arrive fast to your door, but they look awesome ! You can tell when you open the box and check out the filter itself, it is of quality and will be doing a great job of filtering out all the particulates that we all shouldn't be breathing. I have used these filters for a few years now in two different cars, and the cars I use them in, they are way more robust and quality than the OEM ones from the factory. Not only that, they give you instructions on how to install them ! What more could you ask for ? I can get both cars air cabin filters installed in less than 40 minutes from start to finish."

Possible hack online

"The product seems like a premium filter. Thicker, and with more layers than my old paper style filter. For the price, it seems good. My only complaint being my bank account was "hacked" right after. I told them in an e-mail, and I got no response. Be careful, and have your online security up to date."
